Welcome to NeuralSync™. By accessing or purchasing from NeuralSync™, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our website, products and services. Please read them carefully before engaging with our offerings.

Digital Product Licensing and Usage Rights

All NeuralSync™ products — including but not limited to Rife frequencies, Hololiminals™, meditation recordings and any related digital audio or video files — are sold under a personal, non-transferable license.

  • You may download and use the product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

  • You may not resell, share, redistribute, upload, stream or otherwise make our products available to others.

  • Any commercial use — including public performance, inclusion in other works or integration into paid programs — requires prior written authorization.

  • Unauthorized use will result in license termination and may lead to legal action.

Commercial Use Prohibition for Rife Frequencies

All Rife frequency recordings are strictly for personal wellness use. Commercial use — including but not limited to resale, paid therapy sessions, streaming, bundling with other products  or incorporation into apps or media — is prohibited without explicit written consent from NeuralSync™.

Digital Product Delivery

All NeuralSync™ products are delivered digitally via download. No physical media will be shipped.
Due to the large, data-intensive nature of our files, download times may vary depending on your internet connection. Files are provided in lossless, uncompressed formats to preserve quality.

Lifetime Access and File Storage Responsibility

Your purchase includes lifetime access to your files at the time of delivery. However, you are solely responsible for storing and backing up your downloads. NeuralSync™ does not maintain long-term cloud storage for purchased files, as our high-quality audio files are large and data-intensive.

We recommend:

  • Saving to a dedicated external hard drive or cloud account

  • Keeping multiple backups to ensure future accessibility

Digital Product License and Copyright

All NeuralSync™ products, including but not limited to digital audio recordings, frequencies, Hololiminals™, meditation content, video files and related materials (collectively, “Products”), are protected by United States and international copyright law and are licensed, not sold, to you under the following terms.

1. Personal Use License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use NeuralSync™ Products solely for your individual personal, non-commercial use.
Personal use means listening or viewing for your own private purposes and not in connection with any professional service, commercial enterprise, client work, therapy session, group setting or paid offering.

2. Prohibited Uses

Without prior written authorization from NeuralSync™, you may not:

• Resell, share, redistribute, upload, stream or otherwise make Products available to others.
• Use Products in any professional, therapeutic, clinical, coaching, educational or client-facing context, whether paid or unpaid.
• Perform, play or facilitate Products for clients, groups or third parties.
• Include Products in programs, workshops, sessions, memberships, apps or audiovisual media.

Any use outside the scope of personal use constitutes unauthorized commercial use and copyright infringement, regardless of download status or continued access.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, storing or using any NeuralSync™ Product, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and agree to abide by all restrictions on use. Continued use of any Product after notice of these Terms or updates constitutes ongoing acceptance.

4. Termination and Enforcement

NeuralSync™ reserves the right to terminate any license and access to Products for violation of these Terms. In addition to termination, NeuralSync™ may pursue copyright infringement claims, injunctive relief, takedowns and any other remedies available under applicable law.

Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights

All content — including product designs, branding, proprietary audio methods, text, testimonials, graphics, logos, images, downloads and software — is the property of NeuralSync™ and protected by United States and international copyright laws.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, derivative works or reverse engineering is prohibited.

  • Reproduction of NeuralSync™ audio via copying or sharing on torrent or P2P networks is strictly forbidden.

  • NeuralSync™ will vigorously pursue all applicable legal actions against any individuals found sharing the content of any NeuralSync™ product.

No Medical Claims

NeuralSync™ products are intended for wellness, relaxation and personal development. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new health regimen.

Safety Precautions

Consultation Required: Individuals who are epileptic or have serious mental disorders should not use NeuralSync™ or any brainwave entrainment technology without prior approval from a qualified medical practitioner.

Not Recommended For:

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals with pacemakers

  • Those prone to seizures

  • Anyone under the influence of medication or drugs

Age Restrictions

NeuralSync™ is intended solely for adults and is not for use by anyone under eighteen years of age.

Listening Guidelines

  • Avoid Risky Activities: Do not listen to NeuralSync™ audios while operating machinery, driving or performing activities that require full attention. Avoid listening within 30 minutes of such activities, as the technology may induce relaxation, drowsiness, or meditative states.

  • Medical Interactions: NeuralSync™ audios are not known to cause adverse reactions with medications or chemical therapies. If you are unsure, consult your doctor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuralSync™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products. NeuralSync™ makes no guarantees — expressed or implied — regarding the benefits of using its products.

Regulatory Compliance

Statements made on www.NeuralSync.org and in documentation accompanying NeuralSync™ audios have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Users engage with NeuralSync™ products at their own risk.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of any changes.
